About Us

Our Story

We craft indoor and outdoor furniture that’s built to last and made to tell a story. What began in 2012 as a small concept store in Dubai has grown into one of the UAE’s leading furniture makers, delivering over 1,000 projects across the GCC and beyond. Our first F&B project was The Sum of Us in 2015, and we’ve been transforming spaces for hotels, restaurants, and beach clubs ever since.

We believe the best furniture comes from listening—working closely with designers and operators to bring ideas to life while keeping practicality in mind. From curated European pieces to custom furniture from our Dubai factory, everything we make is crafted to be durable, timeless, and beautiful. And if you ever want to see how it’s done, our doors are always open.

Our spirit is simple: work with integrity, stay positive, and make sure everyone matters. That applies to our team, our clients, and the world around us—which is why we also give back through reforestation projects and annual charity work. For us, making great furniture goes hand in hand with building a better company culture—and a better tomorrow.

Meet the Founders

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast” – Peter Drucker

Our team is what sets us apart, it is all about having the right people in the right seats on the bus. As a company, we invest into everyone to reach their highest potential. We continuously push each other to learn more. Co-Founders Tini and Samuel, both members of Entrepreneur’s Organization, continue to expose the whole company to diverse learning experiences. From strategic workshops, to meditation immersions, to nature hikes and monthly learning sessions with other entrepreneurs.

Hospitality has always felt personal to me. I love how spaces bring people together — where they linger, celebrate, meet for the first time, and keep coming back to. What I love most about hospitality projects is watching a space come to life. Every venue has its own rhythm and challenges, which means no two projects ever feel the same — and that’s what keeps the work exciting. Quality

For us, quality isn’t just about how something looks — it’s about how it’s made, how it feels, and how long it lasts. Each piece goes through a journey of precision and care, from the first sketch to the final finish. Machines handle the measurements, but it’s our carpenters and upholsterers who give every curve and stitch its character.

We test, refine, and inspect every item that leaves our factory because furniture in hospitality spaces is built to be lived with — day after day, guest after guest. The result is furniture that doesn’t just look good on opening day, but years down the line too. That same commitment extends to where our materials come from. We’re proud to be FSC®️ certified, meaning the wood we use comes from responsibly managed forests that prioritize regeneration, biodiversity, and fair practices because sustainability and quality should go hand in hand.

What I love most about hospitality projects is watching a space come to life. Every venue has its own rhythm and challenges, which means no two projects ever feel the same — and that’s what keeps the work exciting.

One of our most defining moments was when our first machines arrived at our joinery. It marked our shift from reselling to truly manufacturing, and taking full ownership of how our furniture is made and finished.

As we’ve grown, I’m most proud of the culture we’ve built — close-knit, supportive, and deeply detail-driven. We believe furniture should be part of the conversation from the very beginning, ensuring each piece supports how a space is actually used.

Even today, I still find fulfilment on the production floor, watching challenges turn into refined, working pieces.

We’ve grown quickly, and this is only the beginning. Our vision is to become a leading global hospitality furniture partner — expanding our markets, our range, and the value we bring to projects around the world.

One of our earliest defining projects was The Sum of Us on Sheikh Zayed Road. At the time, we had no showroom or joinery — so when the chairs needed a distressed finish, I found myself working on them by hand in the alley behind our office. It was a simple moment, but it quietly shaped our path from reselling to making.

Today, that same hands-on spirit lives on through our Dubai joinery, our growing international presence, and a team that genuinely cares about how things are made and how they’re used.

As we grow, my vision is for Interior Three Sixty to become a global hospitality partner — supporting projects with not just furniture, but insight, experience, and genuine care.
